What is the cost of shipping?

Domestic -
Standard: $10
Express: $14

International - 
Please enter your address at checkout to see standard shipping rates for your country.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are sent with tracking. 
We also offer free local delivery within a 5km radius of our address in Bentleigh! If you qualify for this, the option for free local delivery will appear when you enter your address at checkout. 

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

Please email hello@lavenderlanehandmade.com with a description of the problem and a photo if possible.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Please do not wear your earrings in water. Avoid contact with makeup, hair styling products and perfumes.

Your jewellery can be gently wiped clean with a damp cloth or baby wipe. 

Polymer clay can be scratched by harder materials such as metal or stone, please take care when storing with other jewellery. Store away from direct sunlight.
